MEGHAN Markle faces a number of risks during her pregnancy, according to an expert.

Dr Larisa Corda, who is ITV This Morning’s resident fertility expert, says Meghan Markle could face a number of issues, due to being pregnant at the age of 37.

Talking about Prince Harry’s wife, the expert exclusively told Daily Star Online: “Generally speaking, women over the age of 35 are at an increased risk of pregnancy related complications such as high blood pressure, diabetes, pre-eclampsia, and pre-term delivery.”

However, the doctor said that despite the increased risks, many older women complete successful pregnancies and have healthy babies.

She added: “Meghan who is openly devoted to a healthy lifestyle that includes regular yoga and a healthy nutritious diet, has ensured that she’s in optimal condition to embark on pregnancy.
